Description

The strategy is as follows.
You need to create a «banking system» of 4 tiles.
The tile with the largest «face value» will be the «central bank», and with smaller values the «small banks».

This group should be arranged linearly.
The easiest way is to position the system horizontally on the lower platform, while avoiding upward movement.
Thus, the amount moves along the stack, from right to left, to the «central bank», through the network of «small» ones.
