3.R (Rearm) 

How it works 

When you use a macro that presses the button and uses the blink, then uses hex and then Ulta Tinker. 
Not to let the enemy hex, you need after rearm, again click on the macro button. 
Played with this (and only this) a macro on the Tinker for about 7 games, no one was accused of cheating or macros.
